Good insight! What you are advocating is Hegalian synthesis. Which I agree is now the next step among independent thinkers who closely follow woke cultural evolution.

However, I'm not sure it would work when faced with the woke ideological zealots. These are the people who are:

1. Ego-identified with woke and perceive any deviation from its orthodoxy as personal attacks.
2. Cynically and opportinistically using woke language and politics for personal gains or to get off on mob power.

Resistance (ie. Anti-woke) and collaboration (ie. Post-woke) can and should happen at the same time. Collaborate with those who truly care about fairness while resisting those who are operators. Those who truly care about fairness can be persuaded by evidence that illeberal tactics won't lead to fairness. The operators cannot be persuaded in this way because they already know this and they don't care.
